Summer gives us opportunity to focus on issues of Earth and our care for it
As the weather heats up across most of our South Central Community, we’re reminded once again of our Critical Concern of Earth and the need to use God’s gifts judiciously.
Each of us bears a responsibility to ask ourselves "What footprint will I leave upon the Earth?
Am I using more resources than necessary?"
Sometimes very simple steps make a big difference, and we’re sharing some of those with you in the Environmental Guidelines for Summer.
Let’s each take a moment daily to reflect upon our impact on Earth and whether we’ve done our part to lessen the detrimental effects of our presence.
