Pioneering Sisters of Mercy will be celebrated as Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City hosts "Mercy Day" activities.

The five Sisters of Mercy who traveled by train and covered wagon from Lacon, Ill., to Indian Territory knew very little about their new home, only that they were going to help people who needed their aid.
